Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

AeroLuxe (“AeroLuxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In private aviation, trust matters more than anything — so we keep our data practices minimal and transparent.

1. The short version

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact or quote request, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, aircraft type, service requested, aircraft location, and preferred date, along with any message you include. You decide what to share; required fields are marked on the form.

Information collected automatically

To pre-fill the correct country dial code on the phone field, the site makes a one-time request that allows a geolocation provider to read your approximate location from your IP address (see Section 4). We do not store this, and we do not build profiles, track you across sites, or log your browsing on our servers (this is a static website with no user accounts and no database of visitors).

3. How we use your information

We rely on your consent (you chose to contact us) and our legitimate interest in responding to and serving prospective clients.

4. Third-party service providers

We use a small number of reputable providers strictly to operate the site and deliver your messages. Each has its own privacy policy:

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook pixels, or any advertising trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your IP address.

5. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the providers above (to operate the site and respond to you) or where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business and legal records, after which we delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 9).

7. Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS. While no method of transmission is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email us using the contact below and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Because we use no cookies or tracking, there is nothing to opt out of for behavioral advertising — we simply don't do it.

10. International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and the countries where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

This policy is a good-faith, plain-English baseline tailored to how this website actually works. It is not legal advice; AeroLuxe should have counsel review it before launch and insert its legal entity name and governing-law state.
